Join this high performing team as a Mine Planning Superintendent. We're seeking an experienced and motivated professional to optimise mine plans and schedules, maximising resource value within the Technical Services department.

Responsibilities:

• General Operations: Enhance technical services, expand reserves, provide timely designs, and improve operational efficiency.

• Safety: Ensure a safe workplace, drive safety initiatives, manage environmental risks, and maintain compliance with regulations.

• Leadership: Lead decision-making, manage tasks, mentor team members, coordinate resources, and optimize departmental costs.

• Budget: Monitor cost distribution and explore revenue enhancement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, relevant inductions.

• Proficiency in Vulcan or similar software, report writing skills, strong computer literacy.

• 6-10 years in underground mine planning, reserve estimation/reporting, and software proficiency.

• Comfortable with office and occasional underground work, ability to operate a light vehicle.
